1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, requesting a service or making a booking with Vedansh Astrology, you agree to these Terms of Service together with the Privacy Policy and, where relevant, the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If you are booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information required for that booking and to communicate these terms to them.

2. Services

Vedansh Astrology offers Jyotish learning content, prepared Vedic astrology consultations, Prashna, Muhurta, timing and other focused readings, and residential or in-person learning programs as described on the website.

Each service is governed by the scope, price and inclusions shown on the relevant page or booking confirmation. Where a personalised quotation or written booking confirmation differs from a general website description, the specific written confirmation governs that booking.

3. The nature of Jyotish and astrology services

Astrology is an interpretive advisory practice. A consultation is intended to provide perspective, timing analysis and a structured way of understanding a chart or question. It does not guarantee that a particular event will occur or that a particular decision will produce a specific outcome.

Where discussions touch on health, finances, relationships, career or other important life matters, you remain responsible for obtaining appropriately qualified professional advice where needed.

4. Consultation bookings and payment

• Prices displayed on the website are the service fees stated for the relevant offering unless otherwise clearly indicated.
• Consultations may require birth details, a clearly framed question or other information before preparation can begin. You are responsible for providing accurate information.
• A booking is treated as confirmed when the required payment has been received and the appointment or service has been acknowledged by Vedansh Astrology.
• Because many consultations involve preparation before the meeting, cancellation and rescheduling rights depend on whether personalised preparation has begun. The detailed rules are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Residential retreat and learning programs

The current beginner residential Jyotish retreat is scheduled for 11–18 October 2026 in Rishikesh. The program fee is ₹49,999, with ₹20,000 payable to reserve a place and the balance payable before the program begins in accordance with the booking communication.

The retreat is designed for beginners and is limited to a small cohort. Accommodation and the stated meal plan are included as described on the retreat page. Travel to and from Rishikesh, personal expenses and anything not expressly listed as included remain the participant’s responsibility.

Program timings, teaching sequence, room allocation and operational details may reasonably change where required for the smooth conduct of the retreat, provided the essential nature of the program is preserved.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, teachers, staff and the venue. Serious misconduct, harassment, unlawful behaviour or conduct that materially disrupts the program may result in removal from the program, subject to applicable law.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information that is reasonably necessary for the service.
• Do not use the website or services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Do not present Vedansh Astrology’s analysis, educational material or written reports as your own commercial work.
• Do not record, redistribute or commercially reproduce a consultation or retreat teaching session without prior permission.

7. Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, teaching frameworks, graphics, reports, course/retreat material, videos and other content created for Vedansh Astrology are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may use purchased consultation reports and learning material for your own personal use. Reproduction, resale, republication, systematic copying, commercial training use or creation of derivative commercial products requires prior written permission.

8. Availability, third-party services and limitation

We aim to keep the website and booked services available as described, but online services may occasionally be interrupted by hosting, network, payment-provider, messaging-platform or other third-party issues outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vedansh Astrology is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on astrological interpretation or from third-party platform failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any mandatory rights available to consumers remain unaffected.

If a concern arises, please first contact us through the Contact page so that we can attempt to resolve it directly. If it cannot be resolved, disputes will be subject to the courts or consumer forums having competent jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.

We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. The version in force at the time of a confirmed booking will govern that booking unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with you.
